Young Municipal Center) in Detroit. The view looks upward and shows the bronze elbow, forearm, and hand which holds a gold-colored orb with radiating beams. The sky and clouds can be seen in the background. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "35 mm, 42, #23-68."
