One black and white photograph of the upraised left arm of the Spirit of Detroit statue that is located at the entrance to the City-County Building (now the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center) in Detroit. The view looks upward and shows the bronze upper arm, forearm, and hand which holds a gold-colored orb with radiating beams. The overcast white sky can be seen in the background. Handwritten black ink text on the verso reads "61-63."
