One black and white photograph of construction work that is underway for the new Civic Center redevelopment project near Mariners' Church. The view looks northward and shows a concrete wall for a new underground parking garage in the lower foreground along with a workman, chain link fence, stacks of bricks, and a pile of sand. A dragline excavator boom and bucket can be seen overhead in the upper center and right foreground. The east edge of the City-County Building (now the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center) is visible in the left background and the front of the recently-relocated Mariners' Church is visible in the right background. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "C1-149-56."
