One black and white photograph of the Vernor's factory building being demolished as part of the Civic Center redevelopment project. The factory complex was located at 239 Woodward Avenue (west side of Woodward south of Woodbridge Street). The view looks upward from street level and shows a corner view the upper floors of the 10-story brick structure which is being demolished. A crane boom is visible at the upper left corner of the building. Part of a painted mural of large stones and a tree can be seen on the side of the building near the lower right corner of the photo.
