One black and white photograph of the back side of a row of old 2-story to 7-story commercial buildings that are to be demolished as part of the Civic Center redevelopment project. The view looks northwestward from Woodbridge Street and shows a temporary wooden construction barrier wall along the sidewalk in the foreground as well as the brick buildings with their steel fire escape stairways. The upper floors of the new City-County Building on Jefferson Avenue can be seen in the far background at the top and right sides of the photo.
