The aerial view shows the project site in the center area of the photo. Residential homes and streets can be seen in the foreground. A marina, rip rap breakwater, and Lake Erie are visible in the background. A typewritten label along the lower edge reads "Easterly Sewage Treatment Plant Works, Cleveland, Ohio. Includes stone breakwall and outfall pipeline of 108" [diameter] Concrete Pipe extending 1,400 ft. into Lake Erie. 1933."
