One black and white photograph of the new pieces of heavy stone rip rap that have been placed along the breakwater at Buffington Harbor in Gary, Indiana. The breakwater is visible in the foreground and the Buffington Harbor Lighthouse is visible in the center background. Lake Michigan can be seen in the left background. The harbor and Indiana shoreline are visible in the right background. A typewritten label near the lower right corner reads "FC 1295 - Universal Atlas Cement, Buffington Plant - June 24, 1975. View Looking East." The work was done by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. A green ink stamp on the verso reads "Calumet Studio, Arthur P. Stalla, 768-1951. Reorder No. FS7512."
