The photo shows an elevated port side view of the vessel which is appears to be dredging in a tidal area. A floating discharge pipe can be seen off the transom of the dredge. A small tugboat and crane barge can be seen in the foreground along with a railing near the edge of a dock. Industrial buildings can be seen along a shoreline in the background.
