One color photograph of two tugboats, a dredge, and a drillboat of the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company that are working on the Cumberland River near Carthage, Tennessee. A portion of the Cordell Hull Navigation Lock can be seen at the far left along with the dipper dredge, EMPIRE, and two tugboats (one of which is the CAPT. ED). The drillboat, ATOMIC is stationed near the shoreline at the far right side of the photo. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "Atomic, Empire, & Capt. Ed," and "Carthage, Tenn., 1967."
