One black and white photograph of a large name tag board near a check-in/registration table at a Detroit Kiwanis Club No. 1 function. The board consists of four framed and hinged wooden panels that have rows of wooden strips for holding member name tags. The tags are arranged alphabetically by last name and index letter tags are located at the left sides of rows to indicate the letter group. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "135 Tags, 5-23-61." An adjacent red ink stamp reads "Copy Craft, Inc, 611063-1, 58 W. Adams, Detroit 26, Mich. WO.5-0950."
