One black and white photograph (and one 11" x 14" sepia-toned copy) of an upstairs room at Children's House, an art center for children in Detroit. The photograph shows a large book case set against the wall. The book shelves have a few books, but are mostly decorated with student woodworking pieces. A table in front of the book shelf has a vase of flowers and some magazines on top. A framed painting can be seen on the left wall. Handwritten pencil text on the verso of the copy states, "Library, upstairs at Children's House."
