Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Featured in the interior display are a series of ornamented glass pieces made by Libbey Glass, and include stemware, an oil lamp, decanters, and home décor items. Two flags are featured in the right-center of the display and celebrate the "250th Birthday Festival" for the city of Detroit. Signage, visible in the left-center of the display reads, "COLLECTION OF OLD GLASS, Loaned by the Libbey Glass Company from their exhibit at the Toledo Museum of Art." An image in the lower right depicts employees of the glass company. Fostoria Glass, and domestic glass displays are visible in the background. The date, photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "7-27-51; 25250-2x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
