One sepia-toned photograph of the fifth international tugboat race on the Detroit River. The center area of the photo shows three tugboats upbound on the river in fair weather. The vessels are identified as follows (left to right): ATOMIC of McQueen Marine, Ltd., MARYLAND of the Great Lakes Towing Company, and WISCONSIN of the Great Lakes Towing Company. Many trees can be seen on the Windsor shoreline in the background and the Ambassador Bridge is visible overhead.
