One black and white photograph of a centerpiece display at Greenfield's Restaurant in Detroit. The photo shows a large circular display platter which is resting at the center of a table that is covered with a white tablecloth. The platter has a lifelike figure of a chicken standing at the center which is surrounded by small figures of chicks that are carrying parasols. Red and white carnations decorate the outer edge of the platter. A pole in the background has a balloon at the top and a sign below it with text that reads "Compare the Slick Chicks with the ones from Yester-Year (of course from Greenfield's)." One man and two women are standing behind the table and appear to be reaching for one of the figures on the platter. All three are well-dressed in business attire. A folding partition wall and glassware shelves can be seen in the background. A blue ink stamp on the verso has text that reads "Photo by Bernice Clark, Joe Clark, H.B.S.S. Studio, 20 Bartlett at Woodward, Detroit 3, Michigan. TUlsa 3-3912."
