One color photograph of Hart Plaza during the Detroit 300th Birthday Festival in late July, 2001. The elevated view looks northward from the Detroit River. Large crowds can be see along the shoreline and in Hart Plaza. Several mooring location signs are visible on the shoreline fencing for the visiting sailing ships that were part of the Great Lakes Tall Ships Celebration.
