Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display advertising Printed Tissue Crinkle Fabric available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin stands in the middle of the display wearing a day dress composed of the printed crinkle fabric. Bolts of the fabric have been draped throughout the display, and mannequin hands hold up fabric patterns for dress creations. Signage in the central foreground reads, "Printed Tissue Crinkle, Cotton, Washable, $0.59 a yard. Third Floor, Woodward." Also, affixed to the bottom of the window an anniversary announcement reads, "*1881* The J.L. Hudson Company's Sixtieth Jubilee Year *1941.*" The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18343; Davis B. Hillmer."
