Print, Photographic

One black and white framed photograph (and one unframed copy) that shows an image of a vacant and dilapidated office in the Michigan Central train station in Detroit. A door with painted text that reads "Canada Customs and Immigration" is being propped open in the center foreground with a worn chair. Debris can be seen on the chair seat and on the surrounding floor, and peeling paint can be seen on the walls in the left background. Interior details of the unlighted office are covered in darkness in the right foreground. The photo is held in a white matte board frame. The photographer has signed his name, "Bob Cleveland," in pencil along the edge of the frame at the lower right corner of the image. Handwritten black pen text on the verso reads "Penn Central Terminal; Archivally processed by R. W. Cleveland, April 18, 1973," and "#14." An adjacent black ink stamp has text that reads "Photograph by Robert W. Cleveland."
