Print. Sepia-toned photographic print of the Modern Galleries at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Many differing types and styles of modern furniture are displayed including arm chairs, chaise lounges, and sofas, as well as end and coffee tables. Each piece of furniture is featured in modern fabrics. The photographic sequence number is printed on the bottom of the recto, "3861-3." Also, the name of the photography studio, and their geographic location is stamped on the verso, "Bowen Studios, Detroit."
