One black and white photograph of a coal unloading operation. A 4-cable clamshell bucket is being used to lift coal from the hold of a barge in the foreground. The hold of another barge in the background is empty. Handwritten red pencil text on the left side shows "200 cu.ft. coal bucket (Ohio Power Co.). Note that we have also built block and tackle (most feasible for 4-line buckets)." The bucket was made by the Erie Strayer Company of Erie, Pennsylvania.
