One color photograph of a temporary steel bulkhead used for concrete water main pipe construction. The photo shows the outer face of a rusted steel plate with lift rings and a valve at the top and bolts at the side. A coil of rope rests on the end of a horizontal steel beam at the center of the bulkhead. The bulkhead has been placed in the end of a concrete pipe section which is visible at the left.
