Print. Sepia-toned photographic print of a window display, featuring girls dresses available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A series of young girl mannequins are displayed throughout the window and each are adorned with a patterned cotton dress with collar. A koala bear, and a doll are featured on either side of the sign in the central foreground of the display, it reads, "Cotton Dresses in Vivid Shades, are going to kindergarten, $1.95, Fourth Floor, Woodward, The J.L. Hudson Co." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "17048; Davis B. Hillmer."
