Photograph depicts the vehicle parked outside of a building in Havana, Cuba for the Sixth Pan-American Conference. License plate on vehicle appears to read:" USA-A/5 11622, 27/28". License plate contains conference signage that reads:"Sexta Conferencia Internationale American". Written on photograph:"No. 7-The Packard owned by Dr. Antonio S. de Bustamante, (Cuban) President of the VI Pan-american Conference. (Note, above the number plate, the special plate for the Conference Members' cars)". Dated: c. 1927, c. 1928.
