Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display of boys' colorful socks, available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. The large display cabinet features an array of striped socks; signage in the foreground reads, "Right in the Easter Parade;" pairs of the socks are available for purchase atop the display case. Signage reads, "Colorful Footnotes, by Springfoot, Long-wearing Cotton, Stay-up Tops, Sizes 8 to 10, $0.45." A display of boy's robes and pajamas is visible in the left background and signage for, "Boys Shoes & Slippers" is also noted. The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22788-x; Davis B. Hillmer." The date is hand-written on the verso, "1947."
