The rugs are featured hanging from a clothes line, and also displayed beneath are stacks based on design, available for purchase. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "23559; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." Also, the date is hand-written on the verso, "1947."
