Print. Sepia-toned photographic print of a window display featuring men's wear at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two male mannequins are featured on the left and right sides of the window and each are adorned in suits, sweaters and neckties. Surrounding the men, are patterned neckties, and crewneck sweaters. Copies of the 'Gentleman's Quarterly,' are displayed in the window. Images depicting men participating in sporting activities are affixed to the rear of the display, and include signage which reads, "The Hudson Gentleman's Quarterly." Also, signage in the central foreground reads, "Now Hudson's Notes from the Spring Survey of the Hudson Gentlemen's Quarterly." The photographic sequence number and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "13908; Davis B. Hillmer." The date is hand-written on the verso, "1931."
