The man stands next to his automobile, and is receiving a ticketed from a police officer who is standing behind a large piece of foliage. Signage reads, "Pinched! Is he annoyed? No! He's Cool as a Cucumber in a 1940 Palm Beach Suit." The right window scene features two female mannequins seated on an upholstered sofa. The male mannequin is standing behind the sofa, dressed in a Palm Beach Suit, and features a wrapped gift. Signage on the far right of the window reads, "He's Late! Is he flustered? No! He's Cool… Calm… and Collected in a 1940 Palm Beach Suit." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18270-3x; Davis B. Hillmer."
