Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring men's formal wear available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Three male mannequins are all dressed in tuxedos, are positioned in front of a framed portrait of a man who is dressed in the same style of tux; a small sign affixed to the bottom of the frame reads, "A Groom, 1915." A bookshelf is visible in the rear left corner. Signage in the left-central foreground reads, "For the Gentleman, In formal wear, the groom's clothing demanded infinite attention - Though the groom's clothing of today may be simpler in design, it too must be chose with care, Ground Floor, Woodward." The photographic sequence number, date, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18411-8x; 3-18-41; Davis B. Hillmer."
