Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring men's suiting available at The J.L. Hudson's Company Department Store. Two male mannequins stand on the left side of the display, and both are adorned in suit coats, trousers, dress shirts, and patterned neckties; both men are holding fedora's in their hands. The men stand adjacent to home furnishings which include an ornamented dresser, wood arm chair with an upholstered cushion, and a rack of neckties. The patterned neckties are featured in the far right foreground with signage which reads, "Silk Grenadines in under-the-knot designs… to wear with Fall's new Nubby Touch." Signage in the central foreground includes fabric swatches and reads, "Compound Colors with the Nubby Touch." Also, signage affixed to the right rear of the display reads, "Compound Colors with the Nubby Touch, take your cue from the annual Autumn colorama … wear the clothes you've wanted to wear for years!
