Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display advertising men's accessories available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A treasure trove of men's cufflinks is featured throughout the display, which includes a large treasure chest, and two mannequins which feature white dress shirts, and neckties. Christmas wreaths are affixed to the rear of the display. Signage in the central foreground of the window reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's, for Christmas, most men like, Swank Jewelry, most from Hudson's, gift-boxed beauties with an elegant look and so many to choose from too, Men's Store, First Floor." The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "27276; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." Also, the date is hand-written on the verso, "Nov. 23, 1956." Stamped on the verso is the photographer's name, and geographic location, "Davis B. Hillmer Commercial Photography, 8825 Second Ave., Detroit, Michigan."
