Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of an elevated interior view of the Auditorium at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store decorated for the holidays. The upper perimeter of the auditorium is decorated with candy cane pilasters, and elaborate vignettes of nursery rhymes, and trumpeters; Christmas trees are also visible decorated with ornaments, and garland. The floor of the auditorium features individual kiosks with many differing types of toys which are also featured at Hudson's Toyland. Model cars, and trucks are visible in the left foreground of the image; many different board games are also featured at the kiosks in the rear including Monopoly, Finance, Checkers, Sorry, and the Bunny Rabbit Game. Visible in the background are available Christmas trees and holiday ornaments. The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22678-2x; Davis B. Hillmer."
