Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of an interior display featuring item's for Boy Scout Week at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. The display case in the right foreground features a first aid guide, a moccasin-kit, the Boy Scout crest, wood blocks and a flashlight. Uniforms available for purchase are featured in the neighboring display as well as on the rear series of shelving. Displayed in the left foreground are reptiles submerged in a solution, signage affixed to the rear reads, "Reptiles include, Snakes, Turtles, and Lizards, Michigan has only one poisonous snake, the "massauga" or "rattler." A series of lamps are visible on the top display and signage reads, "The Lamps in this Display were made by the members of Den 5, Pack 277." Also, signage affixed to the pilasters throughout the department features the image of a Boy Scout and reads, "Boy Scout Week, February 7-13, 1947." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22753-7x; Davis B. Hillmer."
