Print. Black and white photographic print of an elevated interior view of the Auditorium at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store ornamented for Christmas. Large, stained-glass chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and around the upper perimeter of the auditorium are differing murals which depict, "The Adventures of Betty and Bob and Cloudchaser." Kiosks and tables throughout the floor feature many differing types of toys including toy Jeeps, board games such as Monopoly and Camelot, and Chinese checkers are displayed throughout. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22975-x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." The date is hand-written on the verso, "1947."
