Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring Mother Goose other nursery rhymes available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Decorative bookcases are featured on the left and right side of the display, and each feature differing children's books including, "Grimm Fairy Tales, The Real Mother Goose, Susie Cucumber, Major and the Kittens, and Jane Eyre." An oversized copy of the "Mother Goose" cover is affixed to the rear of the display, and signage in the left-central foreground reads, "All the Kings Horses and All the Kings Men , We're Listening to Humpty Dumpty Read these Wonderful Stories, (That is Before He Toppled Off the Wall!) Book Shop, Mezzanine, Farmer." The date, and photographic sequence number is printed on the bottom of the recto, "11-15-46; 25678-8x."
