Print. (2 Copies.) Sepia-toned photographic print of a window display featuring ladies gowns available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins stand on the left and right sides of the display. The left mannequin is adorned in a floral pattered short-sleeved dress with cowl neck and a floral appliqué affixed at the waistline. The mannequin on the right is adorned in a solid colored gown, with straps ornamented with floral embellishments. Signage visible in the center of the display reads, "Schiaparelli, Marches formal little nosegays over the shoulders of a picture evening frock; Mainbocher, Repeats the flora of the print dinner front in a waistline bouquet, Gown Shop, Sixth Floor, Woodward." Signage affixed to the rear of the display reads, "A Week of Fashions, Paris Originals." The photographic sequence number is printed on the bottom of the recto, "17441-E." Hand-written on the verso, "A Week of Fashions, in commemoration with opening of the new 5th and 6th floors."
