Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies Polynesian gowns available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Three female mannequins stand at the center of the display and each is wearing floor-length floral-print gowns. The image of a Polynesian woman is affixed to the rear of the display. Two smaller images of Polynesia are featured on the far left and right sides of the image. Signage in the central foreground reads, "Polynesian Hei-Tiki, Designs and Colors in Fashions, Fabrics, and Accessories, Evening Gowns Gloriously Reproducing the Native Beauty of Polynesian Fruits and Flowers, Gown Shop, Sixth Floor, Gratiot." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18012-A; Davis B. Hillmer."
