Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies outdoor sportswear available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Female mannequins are adorned in outerwear which includes active wear for winter activities including figure skating, snow shoeing, tobogganing, and skiing. Images of ladies participating in outdoor activities are affixed to the rear of the display. Also, signage in the background includes Christmas tree branches adorned with over-sized ornaments reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's." Signage in the central foreground of the display reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's, For Her Winter Sportswear, She'll Be Your SNOW QUEEN, In or Out-of-Doors, in this Toggery, Sports Shop, Fifth Floor, Grand River." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18352-x; Davis B. Hillmer."
