The mannequin is holding a large piece of fabric in her right hand, accompanying other bolts of fabric which are featured in the window. Butterick pattern fashion books are displayed throughout the window. Signage in the central-right foreground reads, "Individually Yours… Spun Rayons, By Everlast, to complete your summer wardrobe, For dresses, slacks, 39 inches wide, 89¢ yard, Third Floor, Woodward." Also, signage displayed across the foreground of the window reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D."
