Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies outerwear available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins, one of whom is standing on a platform, are dressed in fur-trimmed coats. A spray of ornamental foliage decorates the display between the two mannequins. Signage in the bottom left foreground reads, "It's Hudson's Fine Coats, Fur Tuxedos, Significant 1943 Fashion, Fashion Coats, Sixth Floor, Grand River." Also, signage displayed across the foreground of the window reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D." The photographic sequence number, and date are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18862-3x; 8-10-43."
