Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies fur coats available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured dressed in knee-length Mink fur coats. The ladies are each holding gloves in their hands, and also feature two differing styles of headwear. Small signage at the foot of each mannequin reads, "Mink, $2,295, Plus 10% Federal Tax." An open, abstract-style wardrobe is open and reveals many different types of ladies accessories including handbags, gloves, and perfume. A banner affixed above the wardrobe reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's." Signage in the central foreground reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's, Hudson's Collection of Fine Furs for Winter, Magnificent Natural Mink, Fur Salon, Fifth Floor, Farmer." Also, signage displayed across the foreground of the window reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D." The date, and photographic sequence number are printed on the bottom of the recto, "11-14-43; 18905-2x."
