Two female mannequins are featured on the left and right sides of the display; the mannequin on the right is dressed in a floral patterned two piece bathing suit, while the left mannequin is dressed in a textured two piece solid-color suit. Surrounding the mannequins is fishing net, star fish, coral and life preservers. Signage in the central foreground reads, "The Play Clothes Shop is Open! Fifth Floor, Grand River." The date, and photographic sequence number are printed on the bottom of the recto, "5-8-44; 18950-5x."
