Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Three female mannequins stand in front of an enlarged image of Michigan Avenue, taken from the steps of the Art Institute of Chicago. The mannequins are dressed in the latest women's fashions, on the far right the lady is featured in a dark calf-length straight skirt, with notched lapel jacket, and single button closure; she is also adorned in a hat with birdcage, gloves, jewelry and footwear. The central mannequin is dressed also in a lighter colored suit with calf-length straight skirt, multiple button front enclosure, notched lapel, and hat with birdcage; she holds a pair of gloves in her right hand, and features footwear. The mannequin on the left is dressed in a light colored suit, in similar style to the other two, and also features a straight skirt, and jacket with angled button closure across the front, a notched lapel, and hat with birdcage; she too is wearing gloves, and footwear.
