Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies summertime evening dresses available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Four female mannequins are featured in the display, and each is dressed in a mid-calf length dress with an A-line bottom. The bold-patterned dresses each feature a differing style of top and neckline, which include strapless with a wrap, halter top with a sweetheart neckline, and a plunging V-neck with cap sleeves. Accessorizing the ladies are clutch handbags, jewelry, and strappy sandals. Pinwheels ornament the signage in the background which reads, "Because It's Everglaze, It Stays and Stays, pert, pretty Summer fashions, remarkably resistant to spotting and soil… wrinkle resistant too, and of course completely washable, Evening Dresses, 6th Floor, Woodward… Section D."
