Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display featuring ladies summertime resort fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured on an elevated platform, between two pilasters and underneath a striped awning. The mannequin standing on the right is dressed in light-colored trousers which feature a sailboat and a lighthouse, as well as a striped blouse, hat, and handbag. Seated on the left side of the display the mannequin is dressed in a swimsuit, and straw hat. Signage in the left foreground reads, "Making news at resorts: The Regatta Look, navy and white… sailing colors appear now in the South on every 'fun' scene, Woodward Shops." Racks of ladies clothing are visible in the background. The date, photographic sequence number, and company name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "12-10-56; 27285-2x; The J.L.
