Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display which features the latest ladies fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured on an elevated platform display, and each is dressed in the latest ladies suiting. Featured on the left mannequin is a pencil skirt, and box style jacket with front button closure, and a notched and embellished collar as well as three-quarter length sleeves with embellished cuffs. The right mannequin is featured in a similar style suit, with an A-line skirt, box style jacket, brass front button closure, and contrasting edging on the collar, cuffs, and pockets. Also, the ladies are accessorized with footwear, handbags, gloves, jewelry, and hats. Featured between the two ladies is a carved column with a cherub featured atop. Signage in the central foreground reads, "Hudson's and Vogue says: America Starts a New Fashion, New Shape, New Dash, Chanel-Look Suits, American women would not give up! The Woodward Shops."
