Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of an interior display which features ladies summertime fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured on an elevated platform; the left mannequin is wearing a knee-length sleeveless dress, with an empire waist, and embellished bodice. Featured on the right mannequin is also a knee-length fitted dress, with a deep-V neckline and includes a large bow on the bodice. The ladies are accessorized with hats, and footwear. A banner which features a smiling sun is displayed in the rear. Signage in the central foreground reads, "The light look for summer '66, Paled and Pretty, New color combine… whitened and softened in carefree Celanese Acetate." The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "28708-20x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
