Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies summer fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured in the display, and each is wearing the latest fashions; the right mannequin is dressed in a floral printed sleeveless, knee-length dress with an embellished bodice and front pockets. A sunflower printed, sleeveless romper is featured on the right mannequin. Also, ladies accessories are featured on the mannequins and in the display they include hats, sunglasses, scarves, footwear, and handbags. Signage suspended in the rear of the display features an outline of the state of Michigan, and reads, "Fun State, Fun Season." Signage in the middle ground reads, "Sandals Take to Color, Hudson's Woodward Shoes, 7th Floor." Also, signage in the central foreground reads, "Fun Fashion, this summer discover the Fun State of Michigan and the leisure state of fashion in Du Pont Dacron polyester, Hudson's Town and Country, 7th Floor."
