Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies accessories available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Featured in the center of the window is a large series of tree branches adorned with ladies accessories which include hats, handbags, jewelry, gloves, and an embellished blouse. An oversized cover of 'Glamour' magazine is visible on the right side of the display and reads, "Glamour, For the Girl with a Job, Career Issue, Fall Shopping, September 1946." Also, signage in the foreground reads, "Dressy Accessories, Make You a Cover-Girl After Hours, Accessories, First and S____, Blouses, Fifth Floor." The date, photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "9-17-46; 22559-6x; Davis B. Hillmer."
