Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features an advertisement for Carolyn Chase, Hudson's Wedding Consultant, a service available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. The display features a female mannequin seated at a desk and she appears to be preparing to consult with a bride. An upholstered chair across from the desk displays two images of brides; also, more images of brides are affixed on the right and left sides of the rear wall. Signage affixed to the rear of the display reads, "Bride's Week - a Tradition at Hudson's, The Bride Insists, Carolyn Chase, Hudson's Wedding Consultant, Will Help Plan a Wonderful Wedding, Perfect in Every Detail and Correct Procedure and Etiquette, Carolyn Chase, Sixth Floor, Woodward." The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "23819-11x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
