A female mannequin stands in a dark suit behind a desk, and a second mannequin is seated at the desk dressed in an over coat and patterned skirt. Recessed signage visible in the background features images of the Bridal Registry Department and of items a bride should register for her home. The window is ornamented with a bird cage and laurel branches hanging in the upper right corner. Signage in the right foreground reads, "Bride's Week… a tradition at Hudson's, Hudson's Bride's Registry, invites you to list your gift preferences and obtain advice on coordinating your china, crystal, and silver patterns.
