Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features bridal fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured in the display, and each is dressed in the latest bridal fashions, which include tea-length wedding dresses with lace and tulle, cinched waists, scoop necklines, and short sleeves. Each of the two ladies is adorned with a headpiece and veil; also they carry bouquets of flowers in their hands. A bird cage with a branch of foliage ornaments the center of the display. Signage in the central foreground reads, "Bride's Week… a Tradition at Hudson's, the radiant bride at her Little Wedding, is all femininity in a dress of delicate lace, tradition for the little wedding… dresses less formal but not less bride-like. Bridal Shop, 6th Floor, Woodward… Section D." The date, photographic sequence number, company name, and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "2-8-54; 25795-6x; The J.L.
